We currently use Australia Post as our shipping provider. We provide the following delivery options;
- Regular Shipping (with tracking)
- Express Shipping (with tracking)
- Pack and Track International (with tracking)
- Registered Post International (no/limited tracking and signature)
- Express Courier International (with tracking and signature)
By default, we use Regular Shipping for Australian Deliveries and Pack and Track International shipping methods, with the option for our customers to choose an express service if desired.
For International customers, if Pack and Track International is not available in your country, we will use Registered Post International which will require a signature on delivery otherwise it will not be left at your premise, and taken to your local post office for collection. If that is not available, you will only be able to select Express Courier International.
For International customers, you will also have better tractability once the parcel has entered into your country. For example, a customer in the United States can use the "USPS" website and enter the tracking number there to see the parcel status with more detailed information.

For international customers, delivery times stated is the time for the delivery networks to deliver the parcel and does not include time in customs which varies depending on the season and country.
